Location:
Green Lake is located along Hwy. #99, 3 km. (1.8 mi.) north of the
town of Whistler (120 km./72
mi. north of the city of Vancouver).
This scenic lake is popular not only for fishing but as a spot to
enjoy the awe-inspiring scenery of the area.
Resorts
& Campsites:
The Edgewater Lodge is located on Green Lake, plus ull services
and other accommodations are available in Whistler or in Pemberton
40 km. (24.8 mi.) to the north. At the north end of Green Lake,
picnic sites are located for the traveller or the fisherman.

Fishing
Report: Dolly Varden have been reported over 7 lbs. while
Rainbow have come in over 2 lbs. Wind is usually from the south
in the summer and can be quite strong.

Viewscape:
Small glaciers, majestic mountains, alpine meadows and heavy coniferous
forest consisting of spruce, pine, fir, hemlock and cedar, are visible
from this 6.4 km. (4 mi.) long lake. There are a number of seasonal
residences on the north side of Green Lake.
Shoreline:
Rock and loose gravel covers most of the shoreline.
